HAPPYVAC LLC provides residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to homeowners in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Our services include but are not limited to AC repair, AC replacement, furnace repair, furnace replacement, heat pump installation, HVAC maintenance, indoor air quality solutions, and emergency HVAC service.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by HAPPYVAC LLC are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered during service. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work. We provide upfront, written pricing before starting any repair or installation.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day and emergency appointments are subject to availability and may be subject to after-hours service fees, which will be communicated before dispatch.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing has been arranged. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, and approved financing. For financed projects, terms are governed by the separate financing agreement with our lending partner.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

HAPPYVAC LLC stands behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, we will come back and fix it at no additional charge. Specific warranty terms vary by service type:

• Repairs: Labor warranty on repair work as specified on your invoice.
• Installations: Manufacturer equipment warranty plus our labor warranty as specified in your installation agreement.
• Maintenance Plans: Coverage terms as outlined in your maintenance plan agreement.

7. SMS & Communication Program

Program Description: HAPPYVAC LLC offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about HVAC service requests, appointment scheduling, service updates, and follow-up communications. By opting in through our website contact form, you agree to receive text messages from HAPPYVAC LLC.

Message Types: You may receive the following types of messages:
